Search Engine Optimization
With search engine optimization you are competing to get placed on the first page of a search engine such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. In order to get well placed, there are certain things that need to be done with a website; this is called "search engine optimization" or SEO. The whole process takes from two to four months. There can be no guarantees of arriving on the first page of results because you are continuously competing with others who are trying to do the same thing and because search engines also can change their rules somewhat (which they don't publish).
Effective Practice Marketing does a feasibility study of which of your services (including your general practice) we think can most likely be placed onto the first or second page of results. We then work to get these services marketed by doing certain programming actions, text changes and other actions that make up the search engine optimization process.
