In your website, we use hot buttons we have found that are particular to your practice as well as ones that we have found historically (through marketing many dentists) cause your public to be interested in a dentist and want to act.

The site is very content rich with from 20-30 pages depending on your practice, and has pages that market your different services.

Internet Ads: We develop ad campaigns based on the strengths of your practice and what services you want to market. We place you in consumer directories and review sites.

Search Engine Optimization: We offer search engine optimization (SEO) as an optional choice as it is an ongoing and variable process due to other sites constantly jockeying to be high on the results that can take months to take effect. When building your site, we program it so that it the basic SEO steps are done that are needed in a site.

Additional Internet Marketing: The Internet provides many different outlets for marketing. This includes various directories, places to place articles, collect reviews and other sites that you can market on. We put together a package tailored to your practice to further market your services.

Making the Campaign Work: We work with your internet campaigns for several weeks, tweaking ads, other marketing and your website until we are getting not only a good amount of people clicking on your website, but also that are converting to new patients in.

Name Recognition: Marketing is a process of getting out the message about a company and its services. The more you repeat your message the more people are likely to remember you. As an optional service, we can do a direct mail campaign to create more name recognition (and more new patients in) so that when people come to your website they have some recognition and familiarity with your practice.

Patient Activation: It is a known fact that communications to your database is invaluable in terms of creating revenue. We find what your patients are interested as additional services and market that to them, as well as introducing your new website, encouraging them to send in their friends and family and to themselves get back in to see you.

Tracking Results: We set up metrics for measuring the results of the campaigns and train your receptionist on getting the data needed.

Campaign Maintenance & Review: We can either do a turnover of the campaign maintenance to a member of your staff; or for a small fee we will do maintenance and monthly reviews of your campaign.
